VOLTURARA IRPINA N. 20 APARTMENTS

Project Description

It is about a public work assigned by a non restricted tender. The tender concerned the full realization of 20 Public Housing apartments to be built in Volturara Irpina (AV) P.E.E.P area. The two main buildings stand opposite in a common equipped area. They comprise a ground-floor level destined to garages and boxes and two levels above ground which will lodge apartments of different size. The supporting structure is made of reinforced concrete with floors in prefabricated beams and hollow clay blocks. The outside walls are cavity walls with internal insulation whereas the inside walls are single layer of hollow clay blocks. The hip roofs are covered with clay tile roofing. Moreover the contract included also internal and external arch. finishing works for residential buildings as well as electricity and mechanic systems.
